1.Please take the device to the open sky to get GPS location, GPS is only working in open sky. 2.If your device is inside a building and there are WiFi hotspots around it, the device will attempt to obtain the WiFi location. The accuracy of WiFi location is usually worse than GPS, around 10-200 meters. 3.If you need to get precise location indoor, please contact us to get the beacon with indoor location features.

Please refer to the following steps to check your device: 1. Please check if a SIM card that supports 4G is installed in the device. The SIM card needs to have GPRS enabled, data available, and unlocked the pin. Go to the SIM operator system to check if the SIM card is consuming data. 2. Press the button to check if the device's LED or screen are light. If the LED or screen are dark, long press the button to turn on the device. 3. Contact the SIM operator to get the APN parameters of the SIM. The device usually attempts to automatically adapt to the APN of the SIM, but if the automatic adaptation is failed, the device cannot connect to the server through the mobile communication network. You need set the APN for the device. Please contact us for the setting methods. 4. Check the server parameters. For devices with screens, the server parameters can be retrieved.
